Our Approach

Our leadership and management process helps emphasize the unique potential of the individual and provides a structure and process for their development. Each client will gain insight so they can see how their own backgrounds, perceptions, beliefs and assumptions color the way they lead, the people they work with and their personal lives as well. It promotes personal discovery and new approaches for solving problems. To facilitate this understanding, a significant part of the coach's work is to help introduce feedback, action planning, active learning and follow-up into regular work life. Our coaching programs are based around Psychologist William James, Principles of Psychology. It is about moving individuals out of faulty or hidden beliefs and into behaviors that sustain both their careers, their business and their personal lives.

We offer four different coaching options to our clients

Executive/Leadership Coaching and Consulting

This type of coaching is usually tied to the company's strategic initiatives, processes, policies and procedures. The coach will meet with both corporate representatives and each individual being coached to determine the desired outcomes, set out the span of work, and put performance metrics in place.

Numerous motivated individuals seek Executive Coaching in order to enhance their leadership or management skills, expand their advancement opportunities or simply to become more effective communicators.

Executive coaching helps leaders implement personal and organizational change. This means you will exchange feeling stuck, loss of momentum and not achieving the real priorities, for clear thinking, knowing what to do next and more confidently and effectively carrying out what matters on purpose.

Whether the cause, project or program you lead is within a corporation, national or international nonprofit or a privately held business, we can help you in quickly clarifying and act on those few things which make the biggest difference in moving you and your priorities  forward.

Group and Team Coaching

Many organizations face a situation where an entire group of individuals or team is in need of coaching. Whatever the reason, a performance gap is recognized which demands a management response. The purpose may be to link individuals from across the hall or from around the county so there is continuity within a program and cohesiveness amongst the leaders.  Coaching can also play a special role at the most senior level of an organization, -- with your Board of Directors or the Senior Management Team. At this level, issues are often motivational rather than technical. Members may differ significantly in their beliefs about the purpose of the business and may hold conflicting expectations. A coach will play a unique role as an interpreter and facilitator. In all cases, coaching offers a structured dialogue of emerging purpose, directed toward success of specific goal and targets. There are options for Group or Team coaching. They can be done in either person or over the telephone. We use a conference line where everyone can participate from the comfort of their home or office.

Organizational Development Thought Leadership/Change Management Consulting/Coaching
