+ Alignment = Innovation. Alignment by its definition is putting things in a straight line and presumes that what is
in place is just off the line, not broken. Unfortunately, in many cases, mis-alignment is a symptom of poor structuring, poor
leadership or poor strategic planning or a combination of all of these. The inability for leadership in management to
